About Florida’s MICHELIN stars: the back story

The MICHELIN Guide came to Florida with Miami, Orlando and Tampa, added Fort Lauderdale, the Palm Beaches and St. Pete-Clearwater in 2025, and in 2026 covers the whole state. The 2026 selection, revealed on 28 May 2026, has 26 starred restaurants. This page covers the ones outside the Miami area; Miami and Fort Lauderdale are in our Miami guide.

Orlando and Winter Park

Sorekara holds two stars, one of only two two-star restaurants in Florida. Camille and Kadence in Orlando, Victoria & Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian, and Ômo by Jônt and Soseki in Winter Park each hold one.

Tampa

Tampa has four one-star restaurants: Ebbe, Kōsen, Koya and Rocca.

Florida’s MICHELIN selection became state-wide in 2026 (MICHELIN Guide).

The Palm Beaches

Emelina in West Palm Beach earned its first star in 2026.

Booking

Most of these are small tasting counters or dining rooms that release tables a month or so ahead. Book through each restaurant’s own website. We list only MICHELIN’s own distinctions, with no other scores.

Our advice: plan a starred dinner on a night when you aren’t at the parks until closing.
